By visiting our little corner of the internet or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

ABOUT THE CURIOUS MAIL CLUB

The Curious Mail Club is an independent creative shop offering illustrated mail, art, stationery and other curious little things.

OUR PRODUCTS

We make our artwork and products with care. Because colours can look slightly different on different screens, the physical item you receive may vary a little from the images shown online.

The contents of our mail editions may also change from one edition to another. Some familiar favourites may return, while artwork, stories and little surprises can vary each month.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Prices are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, a product becomes unavailable, or we're unable to fulfil the order. If you've already paid, we'll arrange the applicable refund.

SHIPPING

Orders are sent to the destinations available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by courier delays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.

MONTHLY MAIL

If you join the monthly Curious Mail Club, your subscription renews according to the subscription terms shown at checkout until you cancel it.

Each month's mail is a new little collection, so the contents won't necessarily be the same from one edition to the next.

COPYRIGHT & CREATIVE WORK

All illustrations, artwork, stories, characters, designs, photographs and other creative work belonging to The Curious Mail Club remain our intellectual property.

You're very welcome to enjoy and share your Curious Mail, but please don't reproduce, copy, sell or commercially use our artwork, stories or designs without permission.

YOUR ORDER INFORMATION

Please make sure your name, email address and shipping address are correct when placing an order. An incorrect or incomplete address can cause delays or prevent successful delivery.

CHANGES

We may occasionally update these terms as The Curious Mail Club grows. The latest version will always be available on our website.
